Thank you for choosing Rinvo Auth. Please read our cancellation and refund guidelines carefully before purchasing any package, as we maintain a strict policy regarding our digital verification services.

3.1 Subscription & Package Types
We offer two categories of service delivery models:

Starter / Monthly Packages

Lifetime Packages

3.2 Refund Rules
Starter / Monthly Packs: All monthly subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. Since the infrastructure and quotas are provisioned on a month-to-month basis, any unused OTP volume or credits will expire at the end of the cycle. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for early cancellation or low usage.

Lifetime Packs: Lifetime packages are non-refundable by default. However, a refund request may be considered only if less than 10% of the total purchased OTP/credit volume has been consumed.

Strict Clause: If 10% or more of the purchased lifetime package has been used, the account becomes completely ineligible for any refund, full or partial.

3.3 How to Request a Refund
If your request meets the eligible criteria for the Lifetime Pack (less than 10% usage), you can initiate a request by contacting our support team at support@rinvo.tech with your transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway.
